[out] Destination buffer
offset
[in] Offset value within buffer indicating the start point of reading
Specifying Scanner.ALL_BUFFER causes the entire contents of the barcode buffer
to be read.

[in] Maximum number of digits in the barcode to be read
Specifying Scanner.ALL_BUFFER causes the entire contents of the barcode buffer
to be read.
