Sets the first and second characters (country flag) of the EAN-8 to “?, 0 to 9”.
If “0 to 9” is specified, barcode reading is limited for the EAN-8; the barcode for which the first and
second characters are the same as the specified numbers is read. If “?” is specified, reading is
carried out without any limitation. (EAN-8 add-on setting)
“4: READING”:
Enables or disables reading of the EAN-8 with add-on.
“5: ONLY”:
If “ON” is specified, barcode reading is limited; the EAN-8 with add-on is only read. If “OFF” is
specified, no limitation is carried out.
“6: DIGIT”:
“2&5”: Enables reading of the 2-, 5-digit add-on.
“2”: Enables reading of the 2-digit add-on.
“5”: Enables reading of the 5-digit add-on.
